Reimbilly
Reimbilly is expense management for teams — receipt capture with OCR, approval workflows, policy checks, and reimbursement, built for iOS, Android, web and desktop.
Reimbilly is the whole of what Kontroma does. The mobile apps are with Apple and Google for review; the web and desktop clients are in private testing. The panel beside this says where every platform stands, and it is updated the day that changes.

How we work

Say what the software does, not what it nearly does.
Every claim we publish about Reimbilly is checked against the code that implements it. When the two disagree, the claim changes — not the other way round.

Security is a default, not a tier.
Row-level security is on for every table in the database, not most of them. A client sees a row because a policy allowed it — scoped to the person or the organisation that owns it. Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted; channel messages are not, and we say which rather than writing “encrypted” and leaving it there.

Small on purpose.
Two directors, one product, no outside investment. We would rather ship one thing that holds up under an audit than four that need explaining.
